Cnd fui al concierto de MADONNA hubo muchas cosas q me gustaron, pero una en especial, por su mensaje, por su fuerza y porque considero q es uno de los mejores interludes que he vusto nunca.
Critica social, alabanza a esos lideres que todos admiramos y algo q destacar:
LEVANTATE, ES EL MOMENTO, ES TU VIDA, ES TU MUNDO, ES TU ELECCIÓN.

Beat Goes On también se utilizó como un interludio de vídeo anterior a la serie de sesiones de Rave futurista del Sticky & Sweet Tour. Esta vez era una versión remezclada, combinado con partes de otras canciones de Hard Candy, que destacan el "Get Stupid" línea de Give It 2 Me, que es como el vídeo es llamado por los fans.
El video es una carga política que causó gran controversia por la comparación de los terroristas y dictadores como Hitler, Mussolini y Mao a EE.UU. con el candidato presidencial republicano John McCain.
Más adelante en el vídeo, las imágenes de los líderes mundiales y los héroes de Martin Luther King, John Lennon, Bono y el Dalai Lama también incluyen el candidato demócrata Barack Obama, quien más tarde se convertiría en el 44 º presidente de los EE.UU.
